What are my responsibilities when I sell a car?

The car must match your description, and you are legally obliged to transfer the vehicle to the buyer. Your registration is binding, so if the car reaches its reserve price, or a sale is agreed in any other manner via Autorola.pt, the car is sold. Once the buyer is satisfied that the car matches the description and has provided payment, you have no warranty obligations! (See the auction terms and conditions).
